The Process

3. In-depth requirements gathering. This kicks off once the proposal's accepted, and lays the groundwork for the prototype.
4. Working prototype.
5. Upgrading the prototype to a professional build. We turn the validated prototype into a production-ready system.
6. Cyber-security hardening.
7. Testing. This culminates in a TASR – a Testing, Architecture & Security Report – for a smooth handover down the line if needed.
8. Launch.
9. Two months active monitoring. We fix any bugs that come up and stay on call for feature requests or changes.
10. Ongoing support or handover. Extra work is billed hourly, and we always fix bugs for free.

We're more than happy to maintain what we build, with a maintenance package tailored to your unique requirements. Alternatively, if you have someone technical on your team, we can bring them up to speed and hand over everything they need to maintain and evolve the software internally.
We like to start with some light requirements gathering before putting a number to your project. Things like whether you need additional apps built, what your security requirements are, what your compliance requirements are, and other details specific to your business all shape the final quote. As an AI-first company with a small, lean team, our development costs come in well below traditional IT firms, with our builds starting at $20k AUD.
We keep ongoing costs as lean as possible, and we don't charge per-seat or per-user licensing fees. Instead, you pay a one-off upfront development cost, followed by a lean ongoing cost that covers the hosting required to run your system. A maintenance cost only applies if we're the ones maintaining the platform on your behalf – if you'd rather manage it in-house, you're free to do so. Any additional work required after launch is billed at a standard hourly rate.
